A special event at the Landmark’s Clay Theater in San Francisco, Friday June 28: Laura Albert will speak about the film of her book “The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things.” Joining her will be the film’s producer Chris Hanley and its director and star, Asia Argento!
As JT LeRoy, Laura Albert wrote the celebrated novels SARAH and HAROLD’S END and the short-story collection THE HEART IS DECEITFUL ABOVE ALL THINGS. Her identity was revealed in 2006, and here she speaks at the prestigious series of unscripted story-telling at The Moth in New York -- Laura Albert discussing her life with and without her avatar, JT LeRoy.
